Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund approval will be processed.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to customer preference (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
